What is Executive Function Coaching?

Transitioning from high school to college requires growth in the following executive functioning skills.  Coaches collaborate with students to identify challenges in these EF skills and develop a personalized plan that will work for them.

1:1 Executive Function Skills Coaching

Personalized development of Executive Function Skills such as time management, organization, and study skills.

What’s included?

  • Comprehensive intake meeting

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions on or near campus (online is an option)

  • Weekly text reminders and check-ins with coach

  • Parent quarterly update

Threshold Group Program

  • Research based group program designed to support ADHD in the college setting. 

  • Personalized development of Executive Function Skills such as time management, organization, and study skills.

  • A student favorite, with participants stating they enjoy connecting with and learning from others who face the daily challenges of ADHD.  

What’s included?

  • Comprehensive intake meeting

  • Weekly 90 minute in-person group instruction on or near campus

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions on or near campus (online is an option)

  • Weekly text reminders and check-ins with coach

  • Parent quarterly update

Parent/Family Consultation

  • Parent consultation around the following:

    • Accommodations in college vs. high school

    • How to communicate with your emerging adult

    • Is college right for my child?
